CRASH
This week I watched Face the Nation and This Week. The host on Face the Nation is John Dickerson. The guest on Face the Nation was Senator Marco Rubio. The pundits on the show Dana Foroohar, David Rennie, David Ignatius, Mark Zandi, Anthony Salvanto, Peggy Noonan, Tavis Smiley, Mark Leibovich, Susan Page, Maya Macguineas. The host on This Week is Geroge Stephanopoulos. The guest on the show were Sen. Mitch McConnell, Thomas Perez, British Ambassador Sir Kim Darroch. The pundits on the show were Greta Van Susteren, Stephanie Cutter, Alex Castellanos, Michael Eric Dyson.
On our first show, This Week, we start off with our first interview with Mitch McConnell. The interview starts off with If he believes if Donald Trump is qualified and how will he convince all the that he isn't. He starts off in saying that he's made a lot of changes and that is good. But the host wants to know if he is qualified, and Mitch M. starts off by saying to let the American people decide. Yes, the citizens of this nation can decide whether if he is qualified or not, but what do the people who he's going to work with really think about him. And really, the question is a simple but he gave answer to the question at least. They go on to talk about Trump's response to the Brexit, how does this affect America's relationship to Britain, and the divide between the Republican party. They talk about the massive difference between Trump's and Clinton's campaign in money. They end on the issue of the filibuster, the sit-in, gun control bills and what is being compromised. Stephan brings up the bill on if you are the "no fly" list shouldn't be able immediately to purchase a gun and what are his thoughts with that. He says that they agree that certain people shouldn't be able to buy at the snap of finger but that banning people from purchasing a firearm is also unconstitutional. And, I agree that banning people from not owning a gun is unconstitutional but even if they are ban, there is still lots of ways of getting a gun. Next, interview with Thomas Perez. They talk about how America wants a new direction, Trump's trade policies, and the vote on the Trade Pacific. They end with if he is a potential vp pick. The next guest is with British Ambassador Sir Kim Darroch. They start with how the Brexit will affect the US's relationship with Britain, the possibility of revote but not a chance of it, the prime minister resignation after the Brexit vote & what does that mean. The interview ends there. We go on to the Powerhouse Roundtable and they discuss the issues of the polls and what do those numbers mean for the candidate, who is the candidate who will bring change to America and the Brexit. The roundtable gets out of hand until George S. calms the table. Our last interview is with Preet Bharara. He's known as the 'Sheriff of Wall Street". They talk about the candidates anti-Wall street views, the crack down on corruption, and legal cases in the election.
On our next show, Face the Nation, we begin with a one-on-one interview with Senator Marco Rubio. They begin with The Brexit and how will that affect America. They go on to talk about trusting Hillary with the nuclear codes, the re-election for the senate, Obama's failed bill. They talk about the Donald T.'s immigration reforms and what are his thoughts on them. And he responds that the program that he (Trump) wants to create is impossible. You can't roundup 11 million people and deport them. The people who should be deported are criminals. And, I find that what he is saying is true and that you can't deport these people, the people who should be deported are those with a criminal background. The host brings up possible scenarios that Rubio could face if he is reelected for Senate. Such as, which candidate's immigration bill is likely to pass, Trump's temporary on Muslims. He also says that its not a real proposal and not likely to happen. The host brings up what will he do if he is reelected in senate and his bills. The interview ends and we go to the pundits. They mostly talk about the Brexit and the parallels it has with America. The next pundit talks about the election and what the new polls mean for the candidates. Anthony S. talks about how Trump's campaign and its voters are dealing with issues on bigger scale like terrorism and Clinton's campaign and its voters are dealing with issues on day to day basis. The group discussion with the pundits begins with the Brexit. They head on to talk about who's going to be bringing change in America, why Hillary is wrong with why America doesn't need a volatile president &Trump's lost opportunity. The show ends with polls and which candidate's bills could cause more debt for America.
Both shows talked about the Brexit & how does that affect America. And discussed whether the new candidate will bring change or cause more damage to America. With, the new polls is another Clinton presidency likely to happen or will Trump win by a landslide? I want to believe that our country will make the right choice but we can only see how what our future holds for us.

Where is your analysis? Did I miss this? You could have analyzed the affect of BREXIT on the US elections.
ReplyDeleteIt true that Trump's plan to deport 11 million people is very unlikely or impossible and I agree that we should at the very least deport criminals
